NayaPurana is a marketplace for pre-loved fashion in Pakistan. Sellers list clothes they no longer wear; buyers get pieces worth keeping at a price worth paying. Every order is covered by the same rules, whichever side of it you are on.
The founding story
NayaPurana was born from a simple idea: buying and selling fashion should be easier.
We noticed that people often have clothes sitting in their wardrobes that they no longer wear, while at the same time, others are looking for great pieces without spending hours going from store to store. NayaPurana brings both sides together in one place.
We’ve created a marketplace where you can discover pre-loved fashion, sell the pieces you no longer need, and make fashion more accessible, convenient, and circular.

The name is that idea in two words: نیاپرانا, from naya (new) and purana (old). Purana ka naya ghar: a new home for old things.

What keeps it safe
Trust starts with knowing who you're dealing with.
Buying and selling pre-loved fashion should feel safe, simple and transparent. So identity is checked before anyone can sell, money does not move on trust alone, and what gets written on the platform is screened before it reaches you.
Verified profiles
Sellers confirm their identity with their CNIC before they can list or be paid, and approved accounts carry a Verified badge on every listing. Buying needs only a delivery address, so verifying as a buyer is yours to choose.
Transparent listings
Sellers give photos, a description, sizing and a condition rating, so a buyer can make an informed decision before purchasing rather than after the parcel arrives.
Buyer Protection
On orders from Rs 2,000 you can add cover at checkout. If the item is not as described, report it within 24 hours of delivery and we review the evidence and refund you where the claim holds up.
Money held until you approve
Card payments sit in escrow, not in the seller's wallet. A person on our team releases them only after delivery is confirmed, never automatically at checkout.
Listings and messages are screened
Counterfeits, prohibited goods and attempts to move a deal off the platform are refused automatically. Anything else can be reported, and reports reach a real moderation queue.

NayaPurana is more than just a marketplace. It's a community of people giving their clothes a second life. We encourage honest listings, respectful communication and responsible buying and selling, and our goal is simple: make resale feel trustworthy, transparent and easy for everyone.
What we charge
Listing is free and browsing is free. Sellers pay platform charges of 10% on the price they set, added on top when they list: a Rs 3,000 price is listed at Rs 3,300, and the seller receives Rs 3,000 when it sells. The buyer pays shipping, a 5% charge on cash on delivery, and the Buyer Protection fee if the order takes one. That is the whole of it: no listing fee, no monthly fee, and nothing charged on a sale that does not complete.
The lowest price a seller can set is Rs 1,000, so the lowest listing a buyer sees is Rs 1,100.
